Cancellation & Modifications Policy

  • Cancellations or modifications must be made 24 hours before the arrival or departure.
  • For High Season (December) Cancellation should be made 48 hours before the arrival or departure
  • Cancellation or modification made within 24 hours before your arrival, a 50% penalty will be applicable.
  • For Departure: In case of modification or cancellation, it should be made 24 hours before your schedule departure.
  • For Departure: Last-minute cancellations will be considered as no show and a penalty will be applicable.

Payment Method:

  • Cash
  • Credit / Debit Card (upon request) through payment link
  • Paypal

Payment Policy

  • Deposit:
    • We require 20% of the total cost to guarantee the service to be paid 3 days before the arrival
    • Payment by Paypal and Card, there is an additional transaction fee.
  • Balance:
    • The balance will be paid upon your arrival by CASH
    • Payment by Card should be advised 24 hours before arrival and is subject to availability. there will be an additional 5% transaction fee

Arrival Confirmation Process:

  1. Our team will reach out to you 3 days before your arrival to confirm your service.
  2. Once confirmed, a deposit will be required to guarantee your service.
  3. When payment is made, send the proof of payment to our team.
  4. Deposit received. Our team will send you the instructions for your arrival

Departure Instruction:

  1. Our team will reach out to you 2 days before your departure date, to provide the summary of departure transfer.
  2. Please note last-minute pick-up changes are not possible.

Before booking with Global Riviera Concierge, please be aware that we are not part of nor related to any hotels in Los Cabos.

Upon arrival at SJD Airport, many drivers or people will be offering you a more cheaper transportation. Although the service is cheaper, we STRONGLY advise you not to take the transportation, this is for YOUR OWN SAFETY. We will prioritize your SAFETY ALWAYS.
