The stylish and spacious residence has four suites, two on the ground floor and two on the second floor, from where you can see the white-sand shore, just 50 meters away. The elegant contemporary decor brings out all the best features of the open-plan living spaces, which open to the pool and garden. The kitchen is also fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and top-level finishes.With a sea scooter and stand-up paddle gear at hand, you’ll want to spend most of your time at sea. Other activities like parasailing, jet skiing, and scuba diving can also be booked directly on the beach. Or if you’re after a quiet day enjoying the ocean breeze, you can relax under the palapas of your own private beach and sun lounge.

Beach House has unique amenities such as a freshwater swimming pool overlooking the beach, a gourmet kitchen fully equipped for on-site cooking, a grill, and 4 private bedrooms with individual bathrooms that give you privacy along with beachfront access to local adventures and activities. Lounge on your private stretch of beach that extends from the house with a book or take a luxurious massage while listening to the waves and feeling the refreshing breeze off the ocean. Nearby are the Mayan ruins of Tulum, Cobá, and Chichén Itzá. Or, ferry across from Playa del Carmen to the island of Cozumel for snorkeling or scuba diving.
