Cancellation & Modifications Policy
- Cancellations or modifications must be made 24 hours before the service
- For High Season (December) Cancellation should be made 48 hours before the service
- Cancellation or modification made within 24 hours before the pick up date, a 50% penalty will be applicable.
- Last minute cancellation or modification will be consider as no show and penalty will be applicable.

Payment Policy
- Deposit:
- We require 30% of the total cost to guarantee the service and to be paid 3 days before the service
- Payment by Card & Paypal, there is an additional transaction fee.
- Balance:
- The balance will be paid upon your pick up by cash and debit/credit card
- We recommend paying by Cash to avoid additional transaction fee
- Payment by Card upon arrival there will be additional 10% transaction fee
Pick Up Instruction:
- Our team will reach out to you 3 days before your pick up date to confirm your service.
- Once confirmed, a deposit will be required to guarantee your service.
- When payment is made, send the proof of payment to our team.
- Deposit received. Our team will send you the instruction for your service.

Before booking with Riviera Maya Concierge, please be aware that we are not part nor related to any hotels in Riviera Maya.
Many driver or person will be offering you a transportation which is more cheaper. Although the service are more cheaper, we STRONGLY advise you not take the transportation, this is for YOUR OWN SAFETY. As we will prioritize your SAFETY ALWAYS.
