Cancellation & Modifications Policy

• Cancellations or modifications must be made 24 hours before the arrival or departure.
• For ESCALADE reservation, cancellation or modification should be made 48 hours before the arrival or departure.
• For High Season (December) Cancellation should be made 48 hours before the arrival or departure

Last Minute Cancellation and Modification Penalty:

• For any cancellation or modification made within 24 hours before your arrival, a 30% penalty will be applicable.
• For ESCALADE reservation, cancellation or modification within 48 hours before your arrival or departure, 100% penalty is applicable.
• For Departure: In case of modification or cancellation, it should be made 1 day before you schedule departure. Last minute cancellation or modification will be consider as no show and penalty will be applicable.

• Payment Deposit:
  • For Low Season: We require a payment guarantee of 30% of the total cost to be paid 1 day before arrival
  • For High Season: (December): We require a payment guarantee of 30% of the total cost to be paid 2 days before arrival
  • Payment by Card & Paypal for Payment Guarantee there will be additional 10% transaction fee.
• Balance Payment:
  • The remaining amount will be paid upon your arrival by cash and debit/credit card
  • We recommend paying by Cash upon arrival for the remaining amount.
  • Payment by Card upon arrival there will be additional 10% transaction charges to the remaining amount

Before booking with Riviera Maya Concierge, please be aware that we are not part nor related to any hotels on the Riviera Maya.

Upon arrival to Cancun Airport, many driver or person will be offering you a transportation which is more cheaper. Although the service are more cheaper, we STRONGLY advise you not take the transportation, this is for YOUR OWN SAFETY. As we will prioritize your SAFETY ALWAYS.

• One day before your arrival, we will reconfirm the service you reserve via direct message from your contact number you have provided. **In high season it will be two days before your arrival
• On day of your arrival, you will receive a message from Mois Travel Group (our sister company) to coordinate with you and meet you at the designate meeting point.
