Cancellation, Modification, and Reservation Policies

Cancellation & Modifications Policy

  • Cancellations or modifications must be made 48 hours before the day of the transfer/disposal.
  • If cancellation is made 48 hours before the date of the transfer/disposal, will be eligible for a 50% refund (The guests request by email to request the 50% refund (if the condition is respected), we then, proceed with the refund.
  • Cancellation or modification made within 48 hours before the transfer, the payment made will be non-refundable. No refund at all.
  • For High/Festival Period: Cancellation should be made 72 hours before the day of the transfer/disposal.
  • No show because the flight was canceled:
    • payment in advance is not refunded but will be carried over to the next booking.
    • payment supposed to be on the day will be carried over the next booking.
  • For Departure: Modifications should be made 24 hours before you schedule departure.
  • For Departure: Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be considered a no-show & no refunds
  • For Departure: Late appearance or presence at the lobby by 5 minutes or more after the scheduled pick-up time will be considered a no-show and no-refundable one-way transfer. (Please note: the driver waiting period is a maximum of 5 minutes starting at the time of the scheduled pick up)

Payment Policy

  • We will be requesting the full payment to guarantee the transfer via Paypal
